The drama club T-shirts are finally being ordered, and they are going to be amazing. For all of you drama club members, make sure that you get your shirt sizes in again because there have been so many changes and difficulties that we want to make sure we are doing it right. So please, get your sizes to Jessica Jensen or Brooke Morgan preferably, or other counsel members and tell them to get it to us. You can also post a comment on this post with your size if you are comfortable doing so.

LEAP YEAR PARTY!
Alright, there has been a poster up in the drama room for a century but here is the official blog post!
Drama club is throwing a LEAP YEAR PARTY on march 1st.
We are all about competing, having fun, eating food and challenging ourselves.
SOOO we are playing MINUTE TO WIN IT!!
The break down will be explained when you get there, but there is going to be food, friends and fun!
When we are all done, whoever wins will get prizes and glory from your peers!
WHEN: Right after school on Thursday, March 1st
WHERE: The Drama Room

Popcorn Pajama Picture Party
Hey guys, our next activity is coming up!
POPCORN PAJAMA PICTURE PARTY!!
That is right. It is this friday, the 16th from 3-5 pm.
Wear your favorite pjs! It's the perfect way to get us all ready for winter break!
Bring your favorite treat to share.
We will be watching: A Muppets Christmas Carol
You need to be a drama club member in order to attend, but don't you worry: you can still join! Just pay your $12 to the finance office.

T-Shirts
Hey kids!!
This Friday we will be ordering our club t-shirts! Because of this, we NEED you guys to pay your fees! If you are not paid by Wednesday, October 19, we will NOT order you a shirt. We will only be ordering for those who have paid. Also, we need your shirt sizes! If you could email us at westlakehighdrama@gmail.com with your name and shirt size. Or, you can contact any of the members of the presidency, and give them your shirt size.
Also! We have our Halloween activity coming up on the 27th of October. It starts at 5:30 and will tentatively go until 7:30. We're gonna be eating lots of food, and watching "Watcher in the Woods". Come dressed up and ready to have creepy times!! We will be checking names at the door, so make sure you are paid before then!

Get Pumped!
I hope you all are super stoked for the new school year! I know I am. There is a lot planned, and some things you should know.
First things first: CLUB RUSH WEEK!!
It's the second week of school, so be ready! That is the 29th of August through the 2nd of September. We have planned dress up days to for those who want to be in drama club, or just anyone who wants to have fun!
Monday the 29th: Westlake shirt day
Tuesday: Cape day (it doesn't have to be a real cape. it can be a blanket or sheet or whatever you have!)
Wednesday: Crazy Sock Day
Thursday: Ugly sweater/vest/sweater-vest day
Friday: Plaid day
We will have a booth set up during lunch with some information and such for drama club.
Just so you know, fall show auditions for Merry Wives of Windsor are coming up fast! They are September 6th-9th. there will be reminders when you get to school, so don't you worry.
drama club fee this year is 12 dollars! and it DOES come with a shirt, and due to that fact, if you want your shirt by the first order, you need to pay drama club fees by OCTOBER 15. there will be other orders later in the year, but if you want them all year, you need to pay by the 15th.
We are planning an opening social for the 2nd of September. be ready, we will update you on that during club rush week.
